MANAGERS

  • SHIFT NURSE MANAGER

    Specifications:

    • BS in Nursing with at least eighteen (18) Masteral units in Nursing

    • Licensed Nurse

    • Minimum of five (5) years as Staff Nurse.

    • Knowledge on physical resources management, extensive clinical expertise, leadership, organizational, analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills.

  • MANAGER, GOVERNANCE AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS

    Specifications:


    • Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s degree in Business Management or related course.

    • At least three (3) years od administrative or related work experience

    • Preferably trained in handling corporate affairs and confidential data.

    • Conflict management, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.

  • INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER

    Specifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit or any related courses.
    • Knowledge in audit reports, accounting, finance, and business processes; knowledge of legal requirements and controls; integrity and professional ethics; attention to details, communication, computer, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

  • MANAGER, RESOURCE AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Specifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing

    • At least five (5) years of work experience in business and resource management and development.

    • Stakeholder engagement and public speaking preferred.

  • HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

    Specifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in housekeeping or environmental services, with at least 

       three (3) years in a managerial role.

    • Attention to detail, cost management, contract negotiation, interpersonal communication, and   

       computer skills.

  • POLICIES AND STANDARDS OFFICER

    Specifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Health Science, Business Management, Law, Quality Management, or a related field.
    • At least three (3) years related experience; Certification or any advanced training courses related to Quality Management, or Lean Six Sigma.
    • Knowledge on institutional governance, regulatory frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies, detail-oriented, analytical, facilitator, communication, computer, research, and documentation skills.
  • CLINICAL PRACTICE GUIDELINE (CPG) SENIOR SUPERVISOR

    Specifications:

    • BS in Nursing; Licensed Nurse
    • Preferably with at least nine (9) Master’s unit; background in CPG and Quality Improvement.
    • At least three (3) years of experience in hospital or healthcare related industry.
    • Attention to details, leadership, management, analytical, communication, computer, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

STAFF

  • TEACHER AIDE

    Specifications:


    • Graduate of at least two (2) year course.

    • Preferably experienced working with children.

  • LICENSED NUTRITIONIST-DIETITIAN

    Specification:


    • Licensed  Nutrition and Dietetics

    • Ability to make good judgement and interpretation of nutritional status assessment of the patients.

  • RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST - MAMMOGRAPHY

    Specifications:

    • Licensed Radiologic Technologist

    • Any Health allied courses with certificate as Audiometrist/Hearing Aid Specialist.

  • RENAL CARE TECHNICIAN

    Specifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any allied health or health-related course, or with a minimum of 4 years Dialysis Technician Experience.

  • RENAL CARE ASSISTANT

    Specifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Office Administration

    Specifications:

    • Licensed Nurse

    • Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
    • Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian
    • At least three (3) years of teaching experience. In nutrition or allied fields.
    • At least two (2) years of experience in nutrition-dietetics profession other than teaching.
    • Must possess a strong understanding of Commission on Higher Education (CHED) policies and accreditation standards for the program.
  • COLLEGE OF NURSING

    FULL-TIME FIXED-TERM FACULTY

    • Registered Nurse in the Philippines with a current valid PRC ID.
    • Holder of MAN/MSN Degree.
    • With at least three (3) years of clinical practice.

    •  Must be a graduate of BS in Speech Language Pathology; Must be CSP-PASP

    PART-TIME FACULTY

    • Master’s Degree in a relevant field with a preference for a Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine from an accredited institution.
    • Active Dental License and Board certification.
    • Must have experience in their field of expertise as practitioner or as an educator.

    De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute – College of Rehabilitation Sciences is looking for and hiring CONTRACTUAL CLINICAL MENTORS for its Base and Satellite Clinical Training Facilities. Competitive hourly rate applies with a minimum of 8-hours per day to a maximum of 32-hours per week ranging from 1 to 4 days per week.


    REQUIRED CREDENTIALS


    • Graduate of BS in Occupational Therapy / BS in Speech-Language Pathology 
    • With active Professional License (OTRP/RSLP) in the Philippines 
    • Member of the accredited organization for the profession
