46 Years of La Salle Health: Grace, Gratitude, Growth

DLSMHSI celebrated Lasallian Mission Week from February 10-15, 2025, with a series of events emphasizing the core values of faith, service, communion, and reverence for life.
Day 1: Holy Mass and Employee Recognition
The week commenced with a Holy Mass honoring Saint Miguel Febres Cordero, marking 46 years of gratitude, grace, and growth at DLSMHSI. This was followed by the Annual Employee Recognition and Green Zeal Awards, acknowledging employees’ dedication and contributions.
Day 2: Wellness and Kindness in Action
The celebration continued highlighting well-being and compassion. The Institutional Lasallian Wellness Seminar emphasized mental well-being, providing valuable insights for the community to be more sensitive and vigilant towards others’ mental health. Meanwhile the Food for Hope initiative extended kindness by offering meals and support to Service OPD patients, embodying the Lasallian spirit of service.
Day 3: Energized by Talent and Service
The De La Salle Animo Center came alive with the LS Days Opening Ceremony and Dance Competition, showcasing the dynamic energy of the community. Simultaneously, student leaders participated in the National Service Reserve Corps Orientation, reinforcing their commitment to national service and volunteerism.
Day 4: Crowning Achievements and Friendly Rivalry
Excitement filled the air as Jimuelle Marasigan and Audrey Mikaela Bayani were crowned Mr. and Ms. DLSMHSI 2025. Meanwhile, the KRATOS: Trials of Ward video game competition brought students together in a spirited display of gaming prowess. On a different note, the Brothers Open House provided a deeper understanding of the lives and mission of the Lasallian Borthers at De La Salle Residencia.
Day 5: Music, Celebration, and Fireworks
One of the most anticipated events of the week, the Battle of the Bands, took center stage, featuring a special performance by the renowned band, Mayonnaise. The celebration ended with a spectacular fireworks display.
Day 6: Honoring Legacy and Growth
The week-long celebration concluded with the 2nd Grand Alumni Homecoming, themed “Growth and Legacy.” This special gathering honored the first-ever Outstanding Alumni Awardees, recognizing their significant contributions to their respective fields.
Through a diverse array of activities, the Lasallian Mission Week 2025 reminded the DLSMHSI community of what it truly means to be a Lasallian–to live with faith, serve with compassion, foster communion, and respect the gift of life.
