De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI), through its Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) Department, conducted a three-day Basic First Aid, Emergency Rescue, and Transfer Training held on March 25, 26, and 27, 2025.

The program culminated in a full-scale evacuation drill at the De La Salle University Medical Center (DLSUMC), where volunteers applied their newly acquired skills in a simulated emergency scenario.

This initiative aims to strengthen emergency preparedness by equipping participants with life-saving techniques. DLSMHSI continues to promote a culture of safety, ensuring that its community is proactive, resilient, and ready to respond effectively to real-life emergencies.
