Lovella Monderin-Aure; Learning Objects Development and Training Officer, Mr. Reynante Jacob, Jr.; and Educational Technology Specialist, Ms. Liza Del Rosario—embodied the spirit of collaboration and forward-thinking that defines our Institution. Their presence at the meeting underscored our commitment to integrating advanced analytics and ethical Artificial Intelligence (AI) practices within health sciences education.

Engaging with National Initiatives

The AAP meeting focused on several key initiatives that resonate with our Lasallian values:

  • Data Governance and Public Service:
Discussions focused on developing a national data governance framework to improve public access to government data, promoting transparency and efficiency in public service.
  • Ethical AI and Professional Responsibility: The Responsible Analytics and AI Council provided an update on the Code of Ethics for AI Professionals, inspired by international frameworks to ensure safe, robust, and socially responsible AI solutions.
  • Strategic Collaborations and Events: The association announced an exciting lineup of events, including the Philippines Conference in July 2025, monthly meetups, and the National AI Prompt Design Challenge. These initiatives aim to bridge industry, academia, and government, fostering innovation and ethical AI development within a collaborative ecosystem.

Lasallian Values in Action

For DLSMHSI, participation in such a high-caliber event is more than a professional engagement—it is a reaffirmation of our Lasallian mission. Our representatives are at the forefront of promoting innovation and integrity in the use of analytics and AI, building strong networks that advance health sciences and enhance public welfare through responsible technology..
