DLSMHSI Joins 6th HLU Annual Conference and WURI Global Ranking Ceremony

De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI) participated in the 6th Annual Conference of the Haseatic League of Universities (HLU) and the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) Global Ranking Ceremony 2026 held on May 6-8, 2026, at National Chi Nan University in Taiwan.
Representing DLSMHSI were President Dr. Antonio Ramos, Vice Chancellor for Academics Dr. Naomi de Aro, and Director of Academic Partnerships and External Relations Dr. Cheyen Molon.
The highlight of the three-day event took place on May 7, with the official Signing Ceremony of the HLU-WURI Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU) 2026. The agreement establishes global collaboration in AI-based education and research, innovation-driven academic programs, faculty and student exchange, and institutional policy innovation.
Aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the initiative supports SDG 4 – Quality Education and SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals, reflecting the Institution's commitment to actively shape the global future of health sciences education.
