This six-month program marks a significant milestone in enhancing patient care by reducing infection risks and minimizing medication errors.
This initiative began on August 30, 2022, with the closing ceremony taking place on April 20, 2023. The culminating program, featuring ASEAN countries, followed on October 18, 2024.
The initiative led to remarkable improvements, with audit results reflecting substantial progress from the initial baseline. This achievement underscores DLSUMC's unwavering dedication to elevating the quality and safety of healthcare services.
The success of PRIME was driven by the exemplary leadership and steadfast commitment of the Hospital Operations Council, along with the invaluable contributions of Professional Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health Leaders.
