EverGREEN 2025: The Great Expedition to Healthcare

De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI), through the Institutional Communications and Marketing Office (ICMO), successfully hosted EverGREEN 2025 on December 5, 2025, at the De La Salle Animo Center. The event aimed to guide Grade 12 students from DLSMHSI and other schools toward promising careers in the medical and allied health sciences.


All colleges participated to provide students a comprehensive look into DLSMHSI’s offerings, such as programs offered, innovative facilities, laboratories, and extracurricular activities available for learning and growth. Plus, talented student performers lit up the stage, captivating the audience with their dazzling acts.


Another highlight was the special appearance of Dr. Ella Mae Masamayor and Dr. John Hefferson Besa of the Kwentong Callroom Podcast. They shared motivating firsthand accounts of their academic journey and medical professional life, inspiring students toward a healthcare career.


DLSMHSI’s EverGREEN 2025 served as a stepping stone for senior high school students exploring their future in health and medicine.

The most wonderful time of the year officially arrived at De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI) on December 1, 2025, for the Karilag Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony. This year's event is organized by Lasallian Mission and Development (LMD) in coordination with the Academic Services-Student Life Engagement (AS-SLE) and the Institutional Student Council (ISC), which brought the whole Lasallian community together.

The De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI), through its Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) Department, successfully conducted a mandatory Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Seminar in compliance with the Republic Act No. 11058 and Department Order No. 252, Series of 2025. This law requires all workers to complete an 8-hour OSH orientation to ensure a safe and conducive workplace.

The Center for Community Development and Service-Learning (CCDSL) – National Service Training Program (NSTP) of De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI) successfully conducted a seminar on Basic First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management with Skills Enhancement on November 25, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Carsadang Bago Elementary School in Carsadang Bago 1, City of Imus, Cavite. The seminar carried the theme "KUMILOS para sa Kahandaan, Kaligtasan at Katatagan" and was attended by 120 students from Grades 3 to 5.

De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI) successfully conducted its “Alisto! Kahandaan sa Panahon ng Sakuna” Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Orientation on November 11, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the DLSMHSI Library Auditorium. With the theme “Pagtitiyak ng Kaligtasan at Pagpapatuloy ng Serbisyo sa Panahon ng Sakuna,” the event brought together committee members, department representatives, and institutional leaders for a full-day learning session focused on strengthening DLSMHSI’s culture of preparedness, resilience, and business continuity.
