VITAL Formation Program in Action By Lorenzo Alvin Capio, PhD. | Lasallian Formation and Social Action

The face-to-face edition of the VITAL Formation Program kicked off on February 20, 2025, with a vibrant group of 17 participants as the first batch from different services. Since then, the program has completed 8 batches, each building on the knowledge and experiences shared in the online asynchronous modules. These participants have already completed the five (5) prerequisite online modules, making them well-prepared for this enriching next step in their formation journey.

What makes this program truly special? It’s about growth, connection, and reflection. The feedback from our first batches has been overwhelmingly positive, with many sharing how deeply the sessions have impacted their understanding and commitment to the vital Lasallian values. With each module focused on value-driven induction, this program is designed to inspire, equip, and empower adult partners to live out their mission in meaningful ways.

And there’s more! Each participant received a VITAL Journal to capture reflections and a VITAL Passport to track their attendance and progress. It’s an opportunity to truly immerse yourself in the mission, guided by Mr. Lorenzo Alvin T. Capio, PhD, Director of LFSA, and Ms. Arlene A. Sazon, LPT, Adult-Formation Program Head, along with the dedicated LFSA ministers.

So, what are you waiting for? The VITAL Formation Program is the perfect place to grow in your faith, deepen your service, and strengthen your connection with a vibrant community of adult partners. 137 participants have already embraced this transformative experience–will you be next?

We look forward to seeing you soon, our dear adult partners! Let’s continue this journey together and make a lasting impact!

Together, we pray and learn, and together, we thrive.

Come join the VITAL journey and be truly alive!
